CONTRACT 

Snow Removal Services: October 1, 2025 thru April 1,2026
 

Payment not received within 10 days from invoice date will be charged a $45.00 late fee. Friendshuh Lawn and Snow is guaranteed one (1) snowfall per month ata 1"-4" plowing price. Vehicles are to be clearly removed from the area to be plowed. All work is performed at Friendshuh Lawn and Snow's discretion.  When we are called back due to the city truck depositing snow back into the alrady plowed area or if there is something obstructing access to the area to be plowed (such as a vehicle), there will be an additional chage to Friendshuh Lawn and Snow. Snow that may fall from a roof onto a plowed area and/or walkway are an added hourly charge. 

It is agreed that we will remove snow from areas listed below when snow falls or blowing and drifting conditions occu at the measurements of 1" for the following rates: 
Main Drive - $60
Main Walkway - $
Secondary Walkway - $ 
Roof Snow Removal - $100 per hour 
Snow Blowing - $85 per hour 
Other - $185 

Salting will be performed at the request of the client for an additional charge: 
Main driveway per service - $50  
Main walkway per service - $
Snow accumulation between 4" - 9" - added charge $26
Snow accumulation between 9" - 15" - added charge $36 
Snow accumulation over 15" will be $160 per hour (minimun 1 hour) 

At the end of the season there will be a $7 charge for each missing plow marker.
